Returns Policy

 

We have a 12-day returns policy, which means you have a maximum of 12 days after receiving your item to request to return if is not up to customer satisfaction. Not all return requests will be accepted.

To be considered for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, e.g. unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also be asked for receipt of purchase and will be required to show evidence of the product’s defect.

To request a refund, you can contact us at [email protected]. You must include your order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, as well as the reasoning behind your request to return.

If your return is accepted, we will send a return address, with instructions as to how and where to return your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item has been shipped, packages are in the hands of Royal Mail and out of our control. Therefore, we do not cover any lost or stolen packages. In the event of your package is missing, please contact Royal Mail with your tracking number so they can further assist you. Refunds or replacement packages will not be granted for any lost or stolen packages.

 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. Customers have up to 7 days after the delivery date to report any damages or issues with the items, so we can solve the matter immediately and make it right.

 

Return to Sender packages

Please make note that customers will be responsible for paying to re-ship any packages back to our facility as a return to sender.

Customers will be contacted if this is the case with further instructions on how to proceed.

Please double check your postage address/information at checkout to ensure your order is delivered to the correct address.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you are exchanged properly is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once your item(s) have been received and inspected, and to let you know whether the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be immediately refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take time for your bank/credit card company to process and send the refund.
